" The reason of time is so everything doesn't happen at the same time"
And that is the beauty of art.. is a time and steps and going over things.. and putting a piece aside and then going back to it .. I been working on a few things the last 2 weeks
trying to finish up some pieces and even be ready for a new one as soon as this wonderful
summer ends and its great all the time that it took and how little by little they are all coming along..
My priority was to finish the piece " James" which i did and I am very pleased with it..
I also wanted to finish this other piece i started a while back.. I have been working on it and I added some writing.. Wanted to know what people's thoughts are on that... I was trying something new .. I been having trouble with the space that this two people are in..
I did this sort of forest scene and then black took over .. But im not sure if I should go all black or if that little bit of forest that comes out on top worl!?!?
I also Started this drawing for my next painting
The idea is the artist studio.. in a victorian style room in which I am the painter.. we have the nude model.. but instead of me painting the model I am painting someone else..
A little idea of relationships.. or maybe just artists .. n our use of models
and how we might not always paint who we actually have in mind
the walls are now .. like a jade mint very light green..
& also a painting based on a photograph of me on my roof..
Haven't done a landscape in years so figure i try it again!!
